[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide SaaS integrated work management system
- To provide to the University a SaaS-based IWMS solution and associated implementation, support, training, and other professional services
- The Vendor will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, hosting, maintenance, and support of the proposed software solution
- Designate a project manager as a key person for the initial implementation of the software through at least final acceptance
- Develop a mutually agreed upon project work plan for implementation. At a minimum, the project work plan must address system design and configuration, workflow documentation, user acceptance testing, system integrations, end-user training, estimated hours per task, major project
milestones, project risks and mitigations, and quality assurance checkpoints for all facets of the solution
- Identify the required setup codes and configuration data necessary for solution implementation and facilitate data development and loading
- Working with University SAP administrators, design, develop, and implement all necessary integrations with SAP for financial, personnel, and purchase order data
- Provide advanced training for University system administrators in all facets of system use, including but not limited to configuration, oversight, reporting, security, workflow, archival, and audit trail functions
- Provide advanced training on business process automation, scripts, APIs, and advanced data access techniques for designated power users and administrators
- Ensure all production and non-production environments include installation, technical support, and access to the software, third-party software, and all other development tools and software expected for the project
- Provide network services over the open internet for users of the IWMS application web User Interface (UI) and via secure channels such as Virtual Private Network (VPN) for backend administrators.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
