(1) Vendor needs to provide literacy coordinator educator in residence services to schools to ensure that there is cohesive, sustained, intensive and classroom-focused professional development and coaching that is rigorous, engaging, and aligned to the government authority located in Mississippi.
- develop supportive, open, professional, and collaborative work relationships with internal MDE staff, district-level school personnel, state literacy coaches
- effectively identify the needs of assigned districts and schools to prioritize, schedule, organize, and provide technical assistance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
