[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide online program management and customer relations solution
- seeks an online tool to support application, enrollment, and administrative management of programs offered through the Office of Pre-College Programs in the Division of Outreach and continuing Education
- Pre-College Programs offers a variety of for-credit and not-for-credit programs serving students from lower elementary through upper secondary school years. To better serve these students and their families, Pre-College Programs is seeking proposals for a cloud-based program management and customer relations system
- Ability to manage multiple programs across multiple customer types: Office of Pre-College Programs offers a wide range of programs serving students from early elementary through late secondary years, including but not limited to:
- Day camps for elementary students
- Overnight camps for secondary students
- Online classes for secondary students
- Dual enrollment (college credit) classes for secondary students.
- to implement Pre-College’s existing programs in the solution, including but not limited to program name, type, user roles, tuition, etc. Some legacy data from prior terms will need to be imported as well
- The solution should offer program administrators usable tools for deduplicating user identities and combining records as needed
- Tools for parents or legal guardians to access student records, sign students up for new programs, etc
- The solution should allow Pre-College staff with administrative access to enter information on the student’s behalf as needed
- The solution should be usable on all mobile devices in common use as well as in common web browsers. Dedicated native apps may be considered but quality responsive design providing customer usability on web browsers on small mobile devices is preferred
- Solutions that can integrate with this existing infrastructure will be preferred
- User accounts may be centrally-managed as necessary, especially as may be required to purge abandoned/obsolete accounts to free quota space or reduce overhead.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
