- Engages receiver with simple, timely, and personalized text messages based on the specific needs including messages to students, alumni, donors, or potential students
- Allows for identifying/tagging messages for tracking purposes
- Automates responses to streamline workload
- Customized for institution branding (name, avatar, colors).
- Customized content flows, questions, answers and links.
- Ability to use with multiple departments, integrations and inboxes seamlessly
- Integrate with communication plans within Slate for automation and less manual processing
- Track usage of texting system for data verification and processes
- Ability to include links and videos within messages
- Ability for visitors to provide feedback on conversations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
