(1) Vendor needs to provide rebranding service that provide marketing research, brand mapping, and brand strategy to successfully build on the university's image, reputation, awareness to assist in undergraduate and graduate enrollment growth.
- Recommend image and graduate and undergraduate student recruitment strategies, communications and advertising practices in order to broaden the university's presence and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of reaching and communicating with prospective students and their parents.
