(1) Vendor needs to provide academic integrity and plagiarism detection software - LMS (Canvas) Integration. - Comparison Database that includes web pages and scholarly articles. - Evidence of, or capacity to build, a repository that compares results against a student paper database. - Ability to detect AI-generated material (ChatGPT, etc.). - Flexibility in scale and/or user configuration options to meet unique instructional needs. - Tutorials for analyzing and understanding reports. - Students/submitters maintain copyright of written work. - Those submitting proposals should be prepared to provide a campus demo if requested. - Feedback and grading features. - Tutorials regarding academic integrity, plagiarism, and ethics. - Evidence of adherence to U.S. and international intellectual property rights (IPR) laws and agreements. - 24-hour customer and technical support. - Provide a 5-year fixed price contract, payable annually. - Major objectives: - Provide instructors the ability to upload documents for similarity checking both in Canvas courses and as a stand-alone application. - Provide instructors with the ability to grant registered students in their courses the ability to upload papers for similarity checking. - Maintain a comparison database which includes previous work submitted to the University. - Provide the ability to compare submitted work to scholarly articles and internet sources. - Provide a process for comparing submissions without permanently archiving them to the comparison databases. - Provide feedback and grading features. - Provide a process for removal of papers from the database at the request of an administrator designated by the University of Southern Mississippi. - Provide a means to lock or delete the end user accounts of individuals when their affiliations with the University are terminated. - Provide end users with the ability to submit their own support requests. [A] Budget: Looking for Proposal [B] Scope of Service: Vendor needs to provide privileged access management solution. 1. Authentication and Authorization: The PAM solution must support multi-factor authentication and provide access controls to ensure only authorized users have access to privileged accounts. 2. Password Management: The solution must enforce strong password policies, automatically rotate passwords, and provide secure storage for privileged account credentials. 3. Audit and Compliance: The PAM solution must provide comprehensive audit logs and reporting capabilities to meet compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and NIST-800. 4. Session Recording: The solution must have the ability to record and playback privileged user sessions. 5. Full installation required by the Respondent. 6. Training plan for FSU technology administrators and end users. 7. Warranty shall include 24/7/365 for 60 months. FSU is open to considering different options but must be specified in proposal. 8. Servicing shall include 24/7/365 for 60 months. Multiple support options will be considered including phone and online. b. Functional Requirements The successful product must be able to: 1. Privileged Account Discovery: The solution must have the ability to discover and inventory 500-1000 privileged accounts across the organization, including local and domain accounts, service accounts, and application accounts. o FSU reserves the ability to increase or decrease the number of accounts over the life of the contract. Any pricing impacts must be outlined in proposal. 2. Privileged Account Monitoring: The solution must have the ability to monitor privileged accounts managed by the solution to ensure they have not been changed outside of the solution and resecure them. 3. Privileged Session Management: The solution must allow administrators to monitor and control privileged user sessions in real-time, including the ability to terminate sessions if necessary. 4. Privileged Access Request and Approval: The solution must have a workflow for requesting and approving privileged access, including the ability to delegate approvals to other users. 5. Just-in-Time Access: The solution must support Just-in-Time (JIT) acces
