(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system.
• Student Information System:
- ERP system that provides a holistic approach to student success and supports digital transformation for the students and their experience. The future ERP must support the management of all student and academic data and processes with robust technological tools utilized across the university.
• Financial Systems:
- ERP system to manage the University's financial data and fiscal planning. The proposed ERP must manage the general ledger, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable, and fixed assets to provide a comprehensive picture of the institution's financial operations and resources.
• Human Resources & Payroll:
- ERP system for human resources and payroll. The proposed system must support managing employee assignments, employee intake, seniority, time reporting, leave accrual, tuition waiver, faculty salary placement, faculty credentialing, faculty workload management, professional development, faculty and staff payroll, benefits, and tax reporting.
• Data Management, Reporting & Business Intelligence:
- ERP system to ensure data integrity and that data collection methods can support digital-first initiatives. Data should be collected in a manner that will allow greater individualization for our students.
• Technology Capabilities:
- Information in Real (or Near Real) Time
- Accelerated Response to Regulatory Mandates
- Integration Capabilities
- Workflow Management
- Mobility
- Security
- Digital Processes
