(1) Vendor needs to provide multimedia service for planning, designing, and production of graphic arts visual aids.
- Graphic arts services include camera ready artwork for publications, posters, signs, nameplates, television artwork, digitally created images, web site development, typesetting for visual material, PowerPoint slide artwork, viewgraphs, charts certificates, displays, exhibits, and technical illustrations, briefings, and self-help graphics.
- Still photographic services include web page development, digital format processing of prints and computer discs. Areas of support include alert (24/7), studio, location, copy, portrait, medical photography, Interactive Courseware (ICW) support, citizenship, special duty assignment, law enforcement, flying and ground safety accidents, disasters, and self-help non-professional cameras.
- Provide high quality video and audio productions, broadcast, and services. Services include advice, planning, scripting, lighting, taping, dubbing, and broadcast and media delivery of video images.
