(1) Vendor needs to provide financial accounting software package and migration services for a school district financial and accounting software package and migration services from the current software to include all financial, budgeting, accounting, reporting, purchasing, payroll, benefits, time- keeping, 16th section accounting, and fixed asset accounting - software, hardware, support training, and all other needed services.
• Install, integrate, and migrate a to new software, hardware, financial, accounting, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, payroll, benefits, time-keeping, 16th section accounting, asset-tracking financial services package from the current financial and accounting software package, and to include all successful migration services required from the current software to include related business operations to be inclusive of all required software, hardware, support, training, and all other needed services for a successful transition - to more efficiently conduct the business operations of a district with 1250 employees and 8500 students.
• Have the flexibility to provide up to twenty-four-digit account number to integrate with transfer of information from current system
• Ability to provide for a minimum of 7 years of history to make sure the district is in compliance with auditing requirements
• Flexibility to design system reports and other features that may be unique to the district
• Ability to provide for digital paperless options for all operations to include time keeping, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, 16th Section Accounting, and etc.
• Ability to develop and house a digital library of all purchasing, time-keeping, leave, and other forms as needed
• Accept and adhere to contract addendum provided by the Jones County School District legal counsel
• Have an employment application component or ability to interface with an independent application system.
