Vendor needs to provide legal services on an as needed basis for a project funded to the government authority located in Forest, MS.- Selection of an Attorney will be based on the criteria established in this Legal advertisement. Attorney(s) shall submit an hourly rate sheet with their proposals. Attorney(s) should submit complete proposals sufficient for final selection of the most qualified attorney.- The selected Attorney will provide all legal services through project closeout in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies.- Guidance and legal advice as needed in selecting a project based on system needs and insuring program compliance;- Assistance in the drafting, review and execution of construction contracts to ensure program compliance;- Attending pre-construction conference as may be required from time to time;- Providing legal consulting to assist in construction management services, attendance at regular meetings with construction contractor when requested, and- Assistance with project closeout per specific contractual guidelines to ensure program compliance.
