(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based faculty activity and reporting database system for the deployment and collection of course evaluations, and well as the automatic distribution and reporting of data.- ability to generate surveys and upload course and enrollment data, as well as the ability to generate reports to be made available to instructors, department heads, deans, and other decision makers. - web-based system must allow for the automatic upload and storage of course and enrollment data directly from our current ERP system- system should hold various preset data that can be used to better evaluate course and teaching, both through survey workflow and cross tabulation reporting.- System must be secure and meet all local, state and federal data security standards.- system should allow for customized reporting options for individuals at various tiered rolls- system should allow for customized roll-up reports for data at the program, college, and university level - system must allow for evaluation of multiple instructors for the same course- systems should have the capacity to combine data from cross-listed courses- system must support multiple, overlapping evaluation cycles for mini-terms- system should allow for customized email invitations for faculty to add optional questions as well as inviting students to complete their course survey- system should have the ability to create custom fields by select users and system administrators.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2023.
