Vendor needs to provide crisis training consultant services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.- Provide monthly online crisis response training for one year, to include:• Virtual monthly trainings for crisis workers, relying heavily on peers for input on needed topics;• Provide training specific to Mobile Crisis Response Teams, Crisis Stabilization Unit employees, youth crisis workers, and 988 Center staff;• Trainings will focus on topics such as culturally responsive mobile crisis response and care, effective safety plan development, suicide risk assessments, best practices of Mobile Crisis response, safety protocols when responding to behavioral health crises, the crisis care continuum, law enforcement engagement best practices, responding to adolescents and youth in crisis, crisis response specific to the needs of Mississippi's LGTBQ+ population, utilization of peers in crisis response, best practices in hiring mobile crisis response team members;etc.;• Utilize subject matter experts for trainings and provide technical assistance to CSUs, 988 Call Centers, and Mobile Crisis Response Teams;• Provide additional technical assistance as needed to crisis workers.- Develop an ongoing training plan and statewide curriculum for crisis workers, to include:• The development of an ongoing training plan and uniform training modules for use at the conclusion of interactive online training series;• Address topics identified by crisis workers, including persons with lived experience, to ensure effective services are provided to children, youth, adults, older adults, and special populations.
