– Consist of preparation of preliminary cost estimates, preparation of plans and specifications for advertisement of bids evaluation of bids and recommendation of contract award preparation of the contract in accordance, federal, state and local laws and regulations conducting pre–construction conference in coordination with project administrator inspecting construction in progress and advising the mayor and board of aldermen and the project administrator on contractor payments.
