(1) Vendor needs to provide professional legal services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Provide technical assistance and reporting services for the purposes of assisting the state’s public water systems in the generation of the individual inventories.– Provide technical assistance to public water systems in the completion of their service line inventories to satisfy the requirements.– Use materials developed by the Bureau of Public Water Supply and Environmental ProtectionAgency to complete service line inventories for both community and non–transient, noncommunitypublic water systems within the three defined population groups of 0 –750 population, 751 – 5000 population, and greater than 5,000 population.– Utilize a list of public water systems identified as requesting assistance provided by agency and assist in the completion of those service line inventories.– Mobilize to the selected system and commence with the plan of developing an inventory of the system’s service lines.– Development of a system’s service line inventory, alert agency to any lead service lines that have been identified and the quantity thereof warranting replacement.– Provide the assisted water system with the completed inventory spreadsheet as developed by agency to be uploaded to the agency’s public water system data portal.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2024.
