(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmaceutical services to the government authority located in Gulfport, MS.– Staff will specify packaging requirements on a case–by–case basis.– Unit dose requirements may include blister packs, pre–sealed syringes and vial dispensing systems.– Contractors are encouraged to submit alternative packaging options, so the supply of medicines on hand is minimized.– The contractor shall provide new medication carts and provide maintenance if required if any medication cart is not working properly, it should be replaced with a new one.– The contractor shall provide an emergency and back–up system (preferably an electronic dispense system) for immediate medication dispensing to residents i.e., emergency kit (eKit) containing list of medications designated by the agency. eKit medications shall be billed to resident insurance when dispensed.– The contractor shall have the expertise in conducting drug regimen reviews and offering therapeutic substitutions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 25, 2024.(3) This bid is total small business set–aside (FAR 19.5).
