(1) Vendor needs to provide policy revision services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Provide a comparative analysis of division of aging and adult services’ current policies and the requirements of the new final rule; drafting necessary changes to division of aging and adult services policy and procedure; complete a conflict–of–interest review of current stakehold–ers; create necessary trainings; provide required training; and prepare relevant documenta–tion related to the work performed as well as regular reporting progress to division of aging and adult services.– Reviews and assessments conducted, Aging may need assistance with developing an amendment to the current State Plan on Aging, and Corrective Action Plan.– Development of a robust workplan to include task breakdown, milestones, a timeline, responsibilities, resources, dependencies, a communication plan, and review and monitoring tools.• Policy and Procedure Drafting:– Establish a drafting team with expertise in policy development.– Develop draft policies and procedures aligned with the final rule.• Conflict of Interest Review:– Identify stakeholders responsible for conducting the conflict of interest review.– Review agency functions and organizational structure for potential conflicts.– Present findings to relevant decision–makers for review and approval.• Training Material Preparation:– Determine the content and format of the training materials based on the updated policies and procedures.– Review and revise materials based on feedback from stakeholders.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2024.
