Vendor needs to provide physical therapist services to the government authority located in Ellisville, MS.• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment programming for persons served per FNP or physician order.• Preserve and improve abilities for independent function, such as range of motion, strength, tolerance and coordination and activities of daily living, prevent, insofar as possible, irreducible or progressive disabilities through means such as the use of orthotic and prosthetic devices, positioning and sensory stimulation.• Work closely with staff physicians and other medical specialists.• Evaluate periodically the treatment training process and will use the treatment training process as the basis for continuation or change in the person served program where deemed appropriate by the physical therapist in conjunction with each Team.• Provide in–service training on topics mutually agreed upon.• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate for a physical therapist.• Services provided by the therapist must meet or exceed the professional standards established by the applicable governing authority for a specialist in his/her occupation.
