[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide complete computer system for fully independent connection between digitizer card and electronic storage so that data can be off-loaded from all digitizer cards simultaneously with sufficient computation power residing in each CPUs to operate the entire system.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 7, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
