(1) Vendor needs to provide medical services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Provide fast and accurate test results within three to five days to the nurse supervision at youth development center.– Provide clinical laboratory expertise with licensed and certified personnel.– Provide esoteric test menu.– Provide cytology and histology services.– Provide forensic toxicology services.– Provide comprehensive microbiology services.– Provide all hardware and software required for test orders and result including computers, printers and phone lines if required.– Provide convenient patient services centers, if necessary.– Provide extensive managed care network.– Provide courier services at mutually agreed times five days per week at agency.– Provide all supplies and equipment needed to collect and safety transport test speciments to independent contractor.– Provide retesting as requested by the contract physician to confirm result.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
