(1) Vendor needs to provide digital instruction and diagnostic intervention program and solution. – An integrated supplemental assessment and instruction program with intervention solutions specifically designed and developed to address the state college and career readiness standards in reading and mathematics.– This blended–learning solution should include a web–based, computer adaptive diagnostic assessment and comprehensive reporting suite for grades K–8, plus interim growth monitoring, differentiated online instruction and downloadable lesson plans to guide teacher–led instruction for students performing at, above and below grade level.– Online instructional programs and digital software tools, accompanying support supplies, and associated professional development.– The software and online services, digital access and subscription, associated program materials, and connected professional development is needed at seven schools in agency – five elementary schools grades K–5, one sixth grade school, one middle school grades 7–8, and tentatively one approved federal–funded non–public and private school grades K–8.(2) The contract term will be one year.
