(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and public relations agency services.– Agency to continue developing its overall advertising and public relations strategy spanning through September 30, 2026, including destination marketing and messaging, placement strategy for all target markets, integrated marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, traditional print, broadcast media and other relevant components, economic impact research, and public relations initiatives.– Continue to develop campaigns for niche visitor segments based on existing research reports, strategic plans, current and new attractions, and travel trends.– Execute digital, print, broadcast, and social media marketing campaigns through location and behavioral targeting.– Target potential visitors searching for agency or a competing market through programmatic buys.– Facilitate digital media influencer program and additional public relations initiatives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2024.
