(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated workplace management solution. – An integrated workplace management solution that is hosted in the cloud or web–based.– The Department of student housing consists of multiple divisions that will manage and interact with the proposed solution.– The proposed solution will enable students and staff to submit requests to facilities and other divisions to support the maintenance and projects across our network of buildings.– The software must have the ability to convert requests into work orders after these requests are submitted online.– The proposed solution must have the flexibility to create unique dashboards for users based on their responsibilities and give users reporting options based on work orders, building assignments, and projects.– The department of student housing employs several technicians that manage various tasks across our network of buildings.– The system should have the ability for processes, checklists or other documents to be linked to these work orders that are easily accessible by those completing the work.– Technicians should have the ability to electronically manage their work orders, performing inspections, and accessing other facility information through an entire array of phones and tablets utilizing iOS, Android or Windows platforms.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2024. (3) The contract term will be three years.
