(1) Vendor needs to provide project and coordination services to the government authority located in Mississippi. – The implementation project(s) to ensure alignment with project goals, efficient use of resources, and timely mitigation of any challenges during the implementation.– Provide comprehensive planning documents, including resourcing plans, project plans, risk logs, project charters, etc.– Manage risks, track issues, and escalate appropriately to ensure stability and success– Define roles and responsibilities framework.– Provide a list of optional services your firm offers that could be provided to support project oversight and coordination activities.– To provide these services, including name, education, position, and total years and types of experience relevant to project oversight tasks.– To assist with additional project oversight services, including the person's name, education, position, and total years and types of experience.– Identify metrics used to measure project progress and measure success.– These services could include items such as training coordination, communication, etc.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2024.
