This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) in Vicksburg, MS intends to award a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in order to facilitate the commercial driver`s license training needs for GSL. A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing “charge accounts“ with qualified sources of supply.
