(1) Vendor needs to provide email marketing services.  – A solution that will allow the university to develop, revise, schedule, and distribute personalized, targeted emails to reach our primary constituents donors, alumni, employees, current and prospective students and parents from a centralized contact database.– The solution should be an online and cloud and internet SaaS solution and should not be locally hosted at agency.– Integration with agency Single Sign On (SSO) solution, Shibboleth, is required.– Capacity to Scale – Ability to support no less than 500,000 unique contacts and the ability to scale up from that number to reach additional constituents via email.– Brand–First Email Creation – Ability for users to create personalized, mobile–responsive and accessible custom brand template emails with dynamic content including fonts, photo and video using data from a customer database.– Email Targeting – Ability to segment groups and target subscribers based on lists, behavior, demographic information including but not limited to user attributes, data sources, campaigns.– Reporting and Analytics – Ability for back–end users to generate custom reports for email campaigns as well as individual emails.– API Access – Ability to access a system API to integrate with other agency systems.– Campaign Tracking – Ability to track and resend follow–up emails to recipients who didn't open the prior email.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2024.  (3) The contract term will be one year.
