(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan services.• Research visit agency history as an organization.• Perform destination analysis to assess current tourism products and identify opportunities for demand generators.• Conduct internal performance review including current staff structure, job descriptions and future visitors center development.• Conduct stakeholder study.• Help develop strategic initiatives for future of visit agency.• Work with executive director and staff to create good practices of CRM use, goal–setting and onboarding of new employees.• Work with staff to develop on–boarding for new hospitality and leisure businesses in agency.• Create key performance indicators to measure and track goal achievement.• Comprehensive written report and an executive summary presented to visit agency staff and the tourism council upon completion of the project.• An assessment of the existing tourism product in agency with an analysis of strengths and future opportunities.• A comparison of visit agency to competitive or aspirational destinations.• Identification, evaluation and prioritization of any key product or deficiencies within the organization.• Provide updated job descriptions, organization chart and list of future staff needs with accompanying job descriptions, as needed.• Provide goals for the organization’s visitor center for growth.• Provide goals for the organization’s outreach within the community and partnership promotion.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
