The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106–1(b)) with CenMed Enterprises, LLC. 121 Jersey Ave, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901–3275 for fire/soot damage evaluation and repair of the ERDC`s AKTA Avant Model 25.The minimum needs for this service contract are to provide a fire/soot damage evaluation of the AKTA Avant Model 25. Due to the fire/soot damage, this contract for damage assessment is required.
