(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated supplemental assessment and instruction solutions.– Agency seeks for Online Software Resource.– The on–line software platform must adhere to, align with, and provide the following:– Provide diagnostic assessment and instruction solutions designed and developed to address common core state standards in reading and mathematics.– Provide a blended–learning solution that includes a web–based, adaptive diagnostic assessment complete with comprehensive reporting.– Provide interim growth monitoring, differentiated online instruction, downloadable lesson plans to guide teacher–led instruction for student.
