Vendor needs to provide English language proficiency assessments services to the government authority located in Mississippi.– Such components should include the following: online assessments for language proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking, hand scoring options for writing, reading and speaking or assessment student reports and district reports for tracking.– The platform must provide assessments for each grade band and be aligned to the academic assessment program’s testing blueprint for each domain (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).– At the minimum, the proposal must include three English language proficiency benchmarks for each testing domain (reading, writing, listening and speaking).– The platform must analyze data from all benchmarks to create reports for proficiency tracking and data purposes.
