(1) Vendor needs to provide math consultant services to the government authority located in Forest, MS.– Math Consultant Services for 5th–8th grade.– Providing mathematics support and professional development to 5th–8th grade teachers to specifically address mathematics standards, resources, and instructional strategies.- Provide on–campus consulting services- Provide professional development- Provide pacing guides, resources, and assessments for each grade level- Provide a 5 day test preparation bootcamp to assist students with test preparation before state assessments- Provide a detailed consulting report after each on–campus consulting service date(2) The contract period will be for one year.
