(1) Vendor needs to provide bead program challenge adjudication services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – It will receive, analyze, fully adjudicate all challenges and submit all required and requested reports in accordance with the NTIA and BEAM challenge process, regulations and requirements.– For each challenge, recommend one of the following actions:– Acceptance – The challenge is valid and supported by sufficient evidence.– Rejection – The challenge is invalid or lacks sufficient evidence.– Additional Evidence Required – More information is needed to determine validity.– If additional evidence is required, the respondent will be responsible for:– Developing a plan to gather the necessary data.– Collecting and analyzing the additional evidence.– Recommending either acceptance or rejection of the challenge.– Creating a report summarizing the findings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2024 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
