(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources platform, applicant tracking and onboarding system.  • The implementation of a human resources information system (HRIS) that would streamline our HR process and enhance operational efficiency• Improve HR management processes including talent acquisition i.e., recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, position control management, compensation management, contract management, performance management, employee development, electronic form processing.• Centralize employee data and facilitate easy access to information for administrators and staff.• Enhance data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.• Increase operational efficiency through automation and integration of HR functions.• Provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support data–driven decision making.• Provide details of the HRIS features, functionalities, and modules offered, including but not limited to employee self–services, HR and capital management, payroll and financial integrations, benefits administration, and compliance management.• Data migration: Describe the process of migrating existing HR data from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring data integrity and completeness.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2024.  (3) The contract term will be one year.
