[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lecture caption and video management system for ability to exclude capture dates by academic term which apply to all capture schedules by default, ability to automatically or manually schedule recordings, ability to import schedules in bulk through the administrative interface, ability to upload content from third party content system, ability to edit and delete content content, ability to add branding, ability to add disclaimer or legal copy, ability to add and edit metadata, ability to stream event using authenticated event, ability to manage content library and availability of content for students, ability to manage enrollment of additional instructors and students into sections and ability to create and review a study guide for a particular course the student.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 27, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
