(1) Vendor needs to provide communications, media and public relations service.– Provide strategic media relations counsel and direction, actively share and promote the destination’s message and amplify successes.– The contactor will be responsible for promoting agency to a broader audience by securing media coverage within priority outlets to drive longer–stay leisure visitation.– Support agency’s strategic communications, media relations, and public relations priorities.– Track and report result of media strategies.– Provide crisis communication support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2024.(3) Letter of Intent due no later than August 23, 2024.
