(1) Vendor needs to provide coaching training service to the government authority located in Columbus, MS. – Deliver in–person workshop(s) that will engage the audience to discover and implement key strategies to lead, teach, and instruct pilot training from a sports coach perspective.– Facilitator(s) must have professional sports coaching background.– Dates for two–day workshop will be selected based on facilitator availability and deconflicted with 14 FTW calendar of events.– Day one and day two cover the same material with a different audience.– Facilitators will include on–base sports psychology personnel as available to facilitate discussions and academics.– Facilitators will arrive a day early to gain familiarization with 14 FTW mission, and specific workshop requirements to best fulfil outcome objectives.
