[B] Scope of Service:
(1) A vendor needs to provide Investment consultant services including assist in the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, staff requests, asset allocation, manager search and selection, performance measurement and reporting, research and analysis, staffing, investment training, evaluation of hardware and software and conflict of interest on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
(2) All Questions held on must be submitted no later than November 7, 2017.
(3) All contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
