THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTESNOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE INTENTThe USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Item purchase order to Collier Consulting, Inc. of Stephenville, Texas for Professional geoscience and engineering advice and counsel to the Groundwater Transfer and Injection Pilot (GTIP) project team at the National Sedimentation Laboratory (NSL) in Oxford, Mississippi in developing a plan and initial cost estimate for the second project phase (Phase 2).ARS has found Collier Consulting, Inc. to be the only reasonable source that can successfully provide the requirement due to its extensive and unique experience for the work required.
