(1) Vendor needs to provide systems engineering and integration services to the government authority located in Mississippi. – Provide for the role of system engineering and integration services provider on a special initiative to develop and implement an unmanned aerial system (UAS) beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) system.• Procure, Install, and Test a BVLOS System:– Ability for control of BVLOS system operations management and monitoring from the agency, mobile configuration, and remote locations– Technologies and capabilities required for implementation and specific capabilities and services each teaming organizations will provide.– Identify needed additional planning and implementation support documents or tools as required.– Program risk matrix and proposed risk management strategy.– Associated risks with the approach to include technology, performance, fiscal, programmatic, etc., and proposed mitigations for the risks.• Operate and Maintain a BVLOS System:– Description of the operational requirements to staff the agency and run the BVLOS System including day–to–day operations, system monitoring and maintenance, and security management of system components.– Detailed cost breakdown by on–going system operation and maintenance costs.– Entire system, specifically the aircraft surveillance, communications, and network backbone approach and supporting technologies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 15, 2024.
