(1) Vendor needs to provide and install access control and CCTV preventive maintenance services for camera servers and data centre raised floor areas, background checks, finger printing, recording, viewing activities, backing-up, restoring associated data and equipment including camera, milestone recording server, video encoder, card reader, door controller, etc. to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
(2) A Mandatory conference and site visit will be held on December 6, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no letter then December 12, 2017.
