The goal of this requirement is to update the antiqued and malfunctioning audio/visual system that is currently in the Wing Conference Room. The upgrade will support in–person and virtual meetings across the base and command at multiple classification levels. The refresh includes upgrade projectors, monitors, microphones, control screens, cameras, video/presentation systems, transmitters, receivers, processors and more.
