Vendor needs to provide weapon detection system.– System must be monitored 365 days 24/7 by trained specialists and have immediate response to the vendors operation centre and agency’ appropriate staff.– The Al system must process over 36,000 images per second at each location.– Al system must use real–word datasets to train software to identify guns on digital security cameras.– Al must be taught to only recognize weapons for guns and shall not have facial recognition, voice recording, or other invasive measures not allowed in a school setting.– Must have software application that is able to be viewed live from portable mobile devices.– Must allow 911 centres the use of a web–based application to support all law enforcement and first responders.– The system must be programmable to send alerts via software to a specific group of people or larger groups.– System must allow for customization by client as needed for alerts.– The system must be by company providing services no third party or non–organic data shall be allowed for this system.– This system will tie into the existing camera system and will not require additional cameras to run the software.– Must have U.S. department of homeland security safety act designation or higher.– Vendor shall have Cyber risk software to protect client’s information 24/7/365.– Must have system in place to reduce false alarms and notify all parties if false alarm is detected.
