– The portal system shall utilize state–of–the–art technologies, including AI, machine learning, simulation engines, blockchain, existing maritime systems, and models.– The system will include both hardware (high–performance laptops/desktops, IoT devices) and software (AI models, simulation tools, data integration systems) components.– Real–Time Data Ingestion and Processing:• The system shall be capable of ingesting real–time data from maritime sensors, autonomous vessels, IoT devices, and environmental monitoring systems.• Data shall include but is not limited to vessel position, speed, heading, and telemetry.• Environmental data such as water temperature, wind speed, wave height, and obstacles shall also be available.– Ingestion Protocols• The system shall support data ingestion via MQTT, Kafka, WebSocket, and REST APIs.– Data Handling• The system shall normalize and clean incoming data streams to ensure consistency across all simulation scenarios.– SME Tools for AI Model Creation• The vendor shall provide user–friendly tools for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, update, and deploy AI models within the simulation environment.– Encryption: End–to–end encryption of all data streams and stored data.
