(1) Vendor needs to provide destination market analysis and strategic plan services.– Research, analysis, interpretation, and crea9on of a comprehensive des9na9on market analysis and five–year strategic plan– Comprehensive plan for developing a long–term tourism strategy– To develop a strategic tourism master plan with clear, measurable goals for the next 5years driven by market research and na9onal benchmarking standards for des9na9ons– Develop the master plan using key metrics and/or na9onal standards modelling– Conduct interviews and/or surveys with key stakeholders– Develop and present the strategic plan with detailed processes, goals, and repor9ngmetrics.– Gap Analysis Research and Competitive Assessment– This plan needs to iden9fy gaps in tourism infrastructure (leisure, sports,outdoor recrea9on, culture) and recommend enhancements.– Analyze feedback from stakeholders, visitors, residents, and align with na9onal trends(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2024.
