(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting transcription services.– Provide court reporter transcription services– Court Reporter Transcription Services shall be provided for verbal testimony under sworn oath for, but not limited to: Administrative Investigation Boards (AIBs) or Regional Counsel requirement– Used for any other meetings that require legal documentation. – Court Reporting Services will be scheduled as the need arise and paid on an occurrence basis.(2) Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set–Aside(3) The contract period will be for one year.
