(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum management software.– Curriculum management (CM) software tool to support agency faculty, staff, and administrators toward advancing student success– The software tool should effectively and efficiently manage academic workflows for all curriculum changes, course scheduling, academic Catalog updates, University policies, and other academic procedures– The Software Solution can provide the ability to create multiple, customized workflows for specific curricular and policy approval processes– The Software Solution clearly provides change notifications to any item advanced in the Workflow– Solution will track changes to courses and programs made during short–term review processes prior to formal approval so that changes in–process are visible to stakeholders.– The Solution allows for a digest/agenda of pending items to be viewable for review committee members, as well as means– Provides an intuitive, visual user–interface that is easy to navigate, even for non–technical users.– Curriculum and Program Changes, Deletions, and Additions– The Solution can create, maintain and revise academic programs– The Solution must provide a user–friendly, web–based interface that can integrate with agency current ERP system– The Software Solution provides functionality to track, log and archive all changes made to thecatalog, by all users, in a comprehensive audit trail– The Software Solution can provide a searchable online catalog.– Provides publication to the web, mobile apps, and to PDF with ease– Course Demand Analytics and Reporting– Technical Requirements, System Development, & Integration– Integrate with Ellucian Banner SaaS, prefer a standard supported integration(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 22, 2024.
