(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising agency services. – A working knowledge of the tourism industry and can demonstrate the necessary experience to produce messaging, design, and media placement strategy for our leisure travel market.– To employ an outside agency to develop and execute an integrated marketing, advertising and PR strategy spanning 12–15 months content, digital marketing, social media strategies, traditional print, broadcast media and other recommended components.– To employ an outside agency to create a marketing campaign to attract travelers and tourists to the area through leisure, music, and educational travel.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2024.
