(1) Vendor needs to provide recreational and social events services.– Provide a minimum of ten community–wide, inclusive, social and recreational events for adult individuals with an intellectual and developmental disability per year.– Events should be open to any agency eligible individuals, county–wide, regardless of placement or agency affiliation.– Events should: be racially and culturally appropriate and inclusive– Allow for both voluntary and state residentially housed individuals to participate with appropriate staff coverage– Allow for home–based individuals to participate with appropriate supervision(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 14, 2024.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2024.
