(1) Vendor needs to provide admissions management solution.– Implementation of an Admissions Management Solution for student admissions to the university.• Product will allow various admitting offices to collect, input, and manage data on prospective students, applicants, and admitted students.• Mobile‐friendly or responsive and support major browsers, specifically IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.• Must support web‐based login or access with VPN.– Must support custom report development and access at all stages of the enrollment funnel and be able to export data to Excel.• Provide a highly automated duplicate record management function• The product will provide a status page or applicant portal to show application progress and provide options for applicants to submit supplemental applications and materials and to confirm, defer, or withdraw admission.• Provide full discovery, design, and implementation support to stand up the product, troubleshoot, and integrate the product with Ellucian Banner SaaS.• Must contain multiple applications for admission that can be individually customized and allow for logic‐based display field.• provide integration with digital transcript or credential providers: Parchment, Soir, Over grad, Scribe Order, Student Clearing House, Need My Transcript, Green Light, Xello, Ellucian, Carteret, Zix, World Education Services, and others.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 5, 2024.
