[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial consulting services for a self-insured health plans including detail the type of work your firm has performed relative to flex-funded life insurance programs, ability to monitor regulatory and legislative developments at both the state, federal level or how will this be communicated to the board, ability to provide periodic updates regarding internal revenue service rules that may effect the plan and experience in comparing multiple benefit plans to determine whether the plans have the same overall actuarial value to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
