[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth technology makes around the clock support for breastfeeding support easier and more cost effective. the purpose of this project is to leverage cutting-edge smartphone and tablet technology, community partnerships, and innovative social marketing strategies to improve breastfeeding rates within the state women, infants, and children population. the project also aims to improve the quality of breastfeeding promotion and support provided through the continued provision of 24-hour live video access to professional lactation support.
- Continuous access through a tele-lactation app has proved an effective strategy for increasing breastfeeding rates and ensuring peer counselors can yield appropriately to when necessary.
- Social marketing and community partnerships are evidence-based strategies recommended by the centers for disease control for improving breastfeeding rates to the government authority located in Jackson, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
